This is a snapshot of the Child Trust Fund landscape. This scheme was implemented in 2001 to motivate a generation to save for their future. Yet this is the fall-out of not following through with the financial education to support that objective. Nearly half of this Year 12 group did not know they had a Child Trust Fund.
